StreamWebs is Oregon Sea Grant's online watershed database and stewardship application, designed to provide classrooms with the tools they need to conduct authentic, hands-on watershed monitoring and restoration projects. StreamWebs offers teachers a path to bridge field experiences back to the classroom using StreamWebs' data input and analysis tools and compare their data with other schools across Oregon.
Oregon Sea Grant has a number of watershed-related education kits available for check-out at no charge. These kits can be checked out by teachers, watershed educators, or other non-profit groups or organizations in Oregon. A description and photos of these kits can be found under Kit Descriptions. Please use the Calendar to check availability prior to making your request on the Kit Request Form.
To request a kit, please submit the Kit Request Form. Please note that kit requests are not considered guaranteed until you receive a final confirmation e-mail. If you have questions that aren't answered here or on the Kit Descriptions page, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
NOTE: These kits are housed in two locations: Oregon Sea Grant, Corvallis and the Hatfield Marine Science Center, Newport, and must be picked up from and returned to those locations. We do not ship. The location of each kit is noted in the Kit Descriptions and on the Kit Request Form.
