Oregon Sea Grant

Nancee Hunter, former Oregon Sea Grant Education Program Leader, has stepped down from that position to pursue a PhD at Portland State University. She continues to work part-time for Oregon Sea Grant on education-related grants, partnerships and other special projects. Nancee serves on numerous leadership teams in the state and region, including as a Co-Chair of the West Coast Governor’s Ocean Awareness and Literacy Action Coordination Team. Prior to her work with Sea Grant, Nancee was the Director of Education at the National Geographic Society.
