Introduction

This catalogue lists publications funded by Oregon Sea Grant, a marine research and education program based at Oregon State University. Entries are arranged by subject and listed in reverse chronological order.

Our list of print publications and multimedia products increases during the period between published versions of this catalogue. This Web-based edition will be updated as new products are added.

Copies of most of the publications in this directory are kept in the National Sea Grant Library. Should a publication go out of print, a copy of it may be obtained on loan from the National Sea Grant Library, Pell Library Building, University of Rhode Island, Bay Campus, Narragansett, RI 02882. The library can also be reached by phone, (401) 874-6114; FAX, (401) 874-6160; or e-mail, nsgl@gso.uri.edu. The National Sea Grant Library offers a searchable database of Sea Grant publications on the World Wide Web, at http://nsgl.gso.uri.edu/. General Instructions

Most of the publications in this directory can be ordered directly from Oregon Sea Grant by mail, e-mail, phone, or fax - and those which carry prices can also be purchased from our e-commerce store.

When you place an order, please indicate the name and number of the publication you are ordering, the quantity you want, and the address to which the order should be shipped and invoiced. Provide an e-mail address or telephone number in case we have questions about your order.

Many publications are also available for free downloading on this Web site.

Pricing

Most of the publications are available without charge. You may have up to 10 copies of free ORESU publications at no cost; beyond 10 we charge 25¢ a copy. In the case of a few free publications, we limit orders to one copy per customer.

In many instances when there is a charge for a publication, shipping and handling is included. Publications that require shipping and handling are indicated in the listing.

We offer discounts to schools, libraries, and retailers. Please contact us for a quote.

Some of our publications are handled by other offices. These exceptions are noted in individual listings, with instructions for ordering.
