Sandy Boles joined Oregon Sea Grant in April 2023 after 20 years at the lab bench and 5 years as an Administrative Assistant with the Lincoln County School District. As HR Coordinator she works to facilitate searches, hiring, and onboarding and to liaise with OSU Human Resources and other university entities on behalf of Oregon Sea Grant.

Originally from Florida, Sandy earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Reed College and a master’s in marine science from the College of William and Mary’s Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
