Teresa supports K–12 educators through professional development opportunities, manages the Central Coast lending library, and coordinates student STEAM experiences. Teresa holds a B.A. in Environmental Ethics and Policy from the University of Portland and a Master’s in Environmental Education from Western Washington University. She is also completing a second graduate degree in Research and Evaluation Methods from the University of Colorado Denver. Prior to joining the STEM Hub, she worked at the Oregon Coast Aquarium, where she connected high school students with ocean conservation and coached a nationally ranked Ocean Science Bowl team. Teresa’s background also includes teaching in Southeast Alaska and a residency at the North Cascades Institute.
