Testimonials

"At Chapul Farms, we specialize in upcycling food waste through insect agriculture. The OASIS intern who joined us took full ownership of her project, which involved identifying suitable food waste streams from large-scale processors in Oregon. She received guidance from her professors and mentors from various fields, ensuring high-quality input into the project. The OASIS program team was accommodating, working with us to tailor their program to our specific needs, even though our project was slightly outside their usual scope. We were thrilled to witness the collective impact of these interns across the state during the program's culminating summer event."
