Immersion Suit Pressure Test Kits
Is your organization interested in supporting commercial fishermen or maritime workers? Oregon Sea Grant has two Immersion Suit Pressure Testing Kits available for check-out. Immersion suits, also called survival suits, are red, full-body waterproof suits. These suits are designed to keep you afloat and protect you from hypothermia, should you have to abandon ship. As a last line of defense, it's important to make sure immersion suits are in working order. We recommend you check the condition of your suit at least once a year.
