- Conducted focus groups with international students and learning abroad students on four campuses of the university
- Distributed program information through international and learning abroad advisors
- Setting up tabling events on campuses
- Develop faculty guides on Don't Pack a Pest for Academic Travelers incorporated into faculty orientation programs in the College of Food, Agricultural, and Natural Resource Sciences
- Reaching out across Minnesota to connect with other international student and scholar services and global learning offices
