How to Apply
Signing up to volunteer is easy.
Fill out an online application
Please complete our online Volunteer Application. If you prefer a paper form, you may pick one up at the Visitor Center or contact Volunteer Coordinator Renee Fowler (541-867-0226) with your mailing or email address to request an application be sent to you by mail or email.
Orientation
After your application is received, the Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to schedule an orientation session. Orientation typically lasts for an hour and a half. During this time, you will get acquainted with your volunteer duties, the Visitor Center staff, and get to see behind the scenes.
Volunteer Shifts
We request that volunteers commit to two shifts per month whenever possible.
